This Week At Altitude

Monday

Strength is landmine split squats and single arm DB rows. Continuing to focus most of our lifting on unilateral movements and different loading patterns for this next couple weeks before ski conditioning starts.

Tuesday

We have incline bench press and chin ups first for a push/pull superset, then conditioning is 2 seprate shorter segments with some sled work, biking and a mix of bodyweight movements.

Wednesday

Stamina today has 3 segments with a steady pace built in for a more aerobic feel and will work well for some active recovery.

Thursday

Deadlift + box jump for a complex training segment and then our conditioning work includes landmine clean and press, rowing, and sled drags.

Friday

IWT today is KB swing + shuttle sprint, then push presses and rowing. Part 3 has some upper body accessory/bodybuilding work.
