This Week At Altitude

Monday

Landmine presses and ring face pulls for some upper body strength work, into a conditioning set with DB thrusters, weighted sit ups and rowing.

Tuesday

IWT today has KB deadlifts and running for part 1, then hang squat cleans and echo bike in part 2. Part 3 is some accessory arm/shoulder work.

Wednesday

Stamina to break up our week of lifting with some rowing, slideboards, and biking, paired with isometrics and carries.

Thursday

Strength today has split squats and pull-ups, followed by conditioning with a momentum building format of DB snatch, push ups, bike, and MB rotational slams.

Friday

Final day this week has seated strict press and single leg RDL for strength, followed by a grind with some rope pulls and core movements.
