This Week At Altitude
A reminder that all of our daily workouts are now posted in the Zen Planner App under the ‘Workouts’ tab.
Monday
We will be starting this week with IWT - sumo KB deadlift with running first, then into MB slams and biking next. Part 3 is accessory/core work to wrap up the day.
Tuesday
Strength today is our squat and pull combo for density strength training. Sticking with KB front squats or goblet squats and using supinated grip Aussie rows. Conditioning is a little DB complex with some rowing.
Wednesday
Stamina today is a 35 minute session broken into 3 segments with varying isometrics and controlled movements mixed into rowing, biking, and running at a steady pace.
Thursday
We are back to IWT today with hang squat cleans + bike sprints first, followed by KB swings and shuttle sprints. Part 3 will be accessory work for the hips.
Friday
Final strength day is a hinge and press combo. Deadlifts and incline DB presses, followed by a conditioning segment of echo bike, carries and bodyweight movements.
