This Week At Altitude
Monday
Squat and pulling strength to start off the week. Same density format there as we wrap up this cycle on Friday. Conditioning is two shorter AMRAP’s with echo bikes, lunges, and rows.
Tuesday
IWT today has push press + rowing then into a DB snatch and running. Part 3 is our accessory work for the back and shoulders.
Wednesday
Stamina today - we’re continuing with the same goal during these midweek sessions (zone 2 aerobic work mixed with isometrics and controlled movements) but we’ll adjust the formats each week now.
Thursday
Strength today is hinge + press in the density format again, and conditioning includes some running, core and landmine exercises.
Friday
Wrapping up the cycle with IWT today and we’ll do Power Cleans + bikes first, followed by Slam balls and rowing. Part 3 is core and accessory work.
