This Week At Altitude
Begin Strength Cycle
Monday
Push press and bent over rows for our first strength session this week, followed by a circuit of lunges, swings, and carries.
Tuesday
Strength day 2 is back squats. We’ll be adding some slideboard work in today as well.
Wednesday
Stamina today for a mid week reset and some lighter work with lots of breathing.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training today is hang power cleans + Echo bike, followed by Bench Press and row. Part 3 is lower body durability work.
Friday
Deadlifts for strength to end the week, into a grinder of a DB complex for conditioning.
