This Week At Altitude (11/2 - 11/7)
Monday
Interval Weight Training
Deadlifts with box jumps and bike sprints up first, and then we’ll switch stations to get into a complex of cleans and front squats with rowing. Part 3 is mostly shoulder and core accessory work.
Tuesday
Ski Conditioning
Strength focus with progressions on our sport specific sections.
Wednesday
Stamina
A long, steady workout to help with pacing and control for longer efforts out there.
Thursday
Ski Conditioning
Power Endurance and Durability Focus.
Friday
Strength + Conditioning + Recovery
We’ll be doing an overhead pressing complex first with the barbell and dumbbells. Conditioning has a rowing and bodyweight momentum building workout.
