This Week At Altitude (8.10 - 8.15)
Monday
Structural Strength to start off the week with Z-presses and yoga push ups. Followed up by a tough circuit of devil’s press, step ups, squats, and rowing. 3 min on / 1 min off format.
Tuesday
First IWT of the week has power cleans, push press, and rowing. Then we’ve got pause front squats and running for part 2. Last segment includes some durability work for the shoulders and core.
Wednesday
Long steady grind today. A change of pace for the middle of the week!
Thursday
Heavy deadlifting on the agenda here today with floor presses mixed in. Hinging movements pair well with upper body presses for overall conditioning. A fun workout follows with some DB snatches, lunges, and running.
Friday
Finishing out the week with IWT. We’ve got a KB complex with running first, followed up by alternating push presses and rowing second. As usual, we finish with quality work for hips, shoulders, and core.
Saturday
BUILD class for upper, lower, and midline work.
