Monday

ALTITUDE SICKNESS BASELINE TESTING

Today we repeat our baseline testing with a lower body strength test, upper body strength test, and 10 minute conditioning workout.

Tuesday

We begin a new cycle of strength balance work today. This means we’ll be working a lot of single arm and single leg strength movements and building out balance through different areas of the body. Strength today is DB Bench press with an isometric hold paired with chin ups. Conditioning is a run, swing, box jump workout.

Wednesday

Stamina today is primarily biking, slideboards, and rowing mixed with bodyweight and core movements.

Thursday

Interval weight training is thrusters and rowing, followed by power clean and biking. The last segment is lower body accessory work.

Friday

Strength today is Bulgarian Split Squats and RDLs. Conditioning work includes farmer carries, ring rollouts, and a KB complex.

Saturday

Partner workout at 930am!
