This Week At Altitude

Monday

We are switching things up and starting this week with Interval Weight Training. Push press + Row, and Dual KB deadlift + sprint. Spinal mobility work to end the day.

Tuesday

Strength today is strict pull ups and goblet split squats, followed up with a EMOM format for conditioning with echo bike, carries, and ball slams.

Wednesday

We’re spinning the stamina into a newer format. Still the same general concept but with a twist.

Thursday

Strength today will be incline bench with DB’s and single arm rows. Strength work will be a grinder with sleds.

Friday

We wrap up this week with Front Squats and hip thrusts for strength, and into a series of shorter amraps with some biking and lunging.
