Metabolic Strength Cycle Week 2

Monday

We kick off week 2 with our hinge emphasis strength segment. Deadlifts and glute bridges first, followed by a conditioning segment of DB hang cleans, box jumps, and rowing.

Tuesday

We have IWT today, with barbell jump squats and bike first, into a push press and row segment next. Part 3 will be core focused accessory work.

Wednesday

Stamina today has slideboards, running, and biking for an aerobic hit mixed with some rotational and isometric exercises.

Thursday

Squat emphasis strength day with front squats first, followed by a 15 min grind of sled drags, walking mixed rack lunges, and running.

Friday

Last day this week is push/pull emphasis for strength, followed by a conditioning split of 2 short AMRAPs with a KB complex in one, and echo bikes and pulling movements in the other.
