This Week At Altitude

Monday

We’re moving into a combo of pause front squats with traditional front squats this week for strength, paired with hamstring curls. The conditioning today is run, lunges, MB slams and body saw.

Tuesday

Our IWT this week is hang power cleans with rowing, then push press and echo bike. Part 3 is a hip strength and mobility circuit that we’ve been doing for a couple weeks.

Wednesday

Stamina breaks up the week with aerobic work, rotational and isometric strength exercises.

Thursday

Deadlifts and box jumps today for complex training, then into a 16 min EMOM for conditioning with DB snatch, side shuffles, rotational MB slams and push ups.

Friday

Elevator Press + Press complex paired with paused pull ups + pull ups for a good mix of upper body work. Then right into a Row and burpee combo for conditioning.
