This Week At Altitude

Our next 3 weeks will have no programming emphasis as we lead into our baseline testing day: Altitude Sickness

Each week will have 2 days of strength and IWT, and one day of stamina

Monday

Front Squat and SL RDL for strength and balance, followed by a couple of 10 minute segments for conditioning. Lower body emphasis today.

Tuesday

IWT today has Power cleans and Rowing and DB snatches and Running, followed by a circuit for the core and hips. Hinging emphasis today.

Wednesday

Stamina will be lightly loaded and mostly bodyweight exercises paired with some slideboard and C2 Bike work. Aim for a steady, controlled pace that slowly ramps up and allows you to maintain a rhythm throughout.

Thursday

Strength today is Seated Strict Presses and Pull ups, followed up by a conditioning segment that emphasizes the upper body pushing muscles and lungs.

Friday

IWT today has deadlifts and box jumps with rowing, and DB jump squats and echo bikes for part 2. Short sprints for higher intensity today and a finisher that works through hamstrings and glutes.
