Strength today is a combo of posterior chain movements: deadlifts and wide grip pull ups. We move to a DB complex for conditioning with rows, curls, and thrusters.

Tuesday

Ski Conditioning #5 - Power endurance and durability

Wednesday

Stamina today, aerobic focus with a mix of core, isometric, rotational exercises done to promote balance.

Thursday

Ski Conditioning #6 - Sport specific strength and conditioning

Friday

Strength today is hang power clean and box jumps, and then into 2 small conditioning circuits that are ascending reps.
