This Week At Altitude
Monday
We are closed for Memorial Day. We encourage our members and staff to enjoy the time off with their family and friends outside.
Tuesday
Strength today is our squat / pull combo. We’re doing KB front squats and pull-ups alternating every 90 sec, then going into a 20 minute conditioning effort that builds in momentum/intensity.
Wednesday
Stamina breaks up the week for us with aerobic work on bikes, slideboards, and running, with movement and isometrics to help us actively recover during the week.
Thursday
Strength today is hinge and press - with deadlifts and DB bench press for strength, right into a conditioning circuit with carries, rowing, and sled work.
Friday
Wrapping up the short week with our only IWT session - this will have Jump squats and bike erg, followed by push press and echo bikes. Part 3 is core and accessory work.
