This Week At Altitude
Monday
Strength today has single arm DB bench press and landmine RDLs, followed by conditioning with rowing, KB swing, box jump, and slashers.
Tuesday
IWT today is Jump Squats and bike, followed by MB slams and shuttle sprints. Part 3 is some banded accessory work.
Wednesday
Stamina has our usual 36 minutes of consistently paced work on rowers, bikes and slideboards and a mix of isometrics.
Thursday
Strength today has Bulgarian split squats and eccentric ring rows for strength, followed up by a conditioning segment with sled work, and uneven carries.
Friday
The final strength day this week has single arm landmine presses and cyclist squats for strength, followed by 20 min EMOM burner for conditioning.
