This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’re getting started on a new training cycle today with an emphasis on cluster sets. Back Squats today first, followed by conditioning with a momentum building format that finishes faster than where you start. A mix of KB’s and bodyweight movement along with some bike erg.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training day has KB swings and echo bike first, followed by bench press and rowing. Part 3 is accessory work as usual.
Wednesday
Stamina today is a change of pace with a steadier, more aerobic feel for a mid week active recovery day.
Thursday
Up today is our second set of clusters, this time with an upper body movement. Push press for strength followed by a fun DB complex for conditioning.
Friday
Split squats and pull-ups for strength balance and then into a grind of a workout with sled pushes, carries, and running.
