This Week At Altitude
Monday
Strength this week starts with cluster sets of bench press. Sticking with 3 rep clusters again this week. The conditioning hits running, KB deadlifts, box jumps and some core work.
Tuesday
We have split squats and pull ups with a more traditional format first, followed by conditioning work that includes sleds, goblet squats and echo bikes in a shorter round format.
Wednesday
Stamina today breaks up the week with our steady effort of cardio mixed with some isometrics and lower intensity movements.
Thursday
IWT with dual DB snatch and run, then into hang cleans and echo bikes. Part 3 focuses on core.
Friday
Cluster front squats today for strength, followed by a grinder with some rotational work and carries for conditioning.
