Monday

Closed for New Years Day.

Tuesday

Thrusters for total body strength paired with pull-ups. Right into a 15 minute AMRAP of conditioning with some carries, rowing, and rotational core work.

Wednesday

Stamina with rowing, biking, and slideboards with a mix of isometrics today.

Thursday

Strength today is incline bench for some pushing with a conditioning segment of goblet squats, push ups, sled pushes.

Friday

Pulling exercises today for strength with Deadlifts and DB Rows, followed by KB complex and jump rope conditioning finisher.
