Tuesday
Strength this week kicks off with the front squat/gorilla row EMOM pairing. We continue with density work with 3 min segments of DB snatch to push press, and rowing.
Wednesday
Stamina gets us our mid week hit of aerobic work paired up with rotational and isometric movements to help us balance out our strength training.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training is deadlifts with bike erg, into Bench Press and rowing. Part 3 is upper body and core accessory work.
Friday
Strength today is hang power cleans and push presses into a double of 9 min AMRAPS.
