Strength Balance Cycle Week 3
Monday
Strength today is Bulgarian Split Squats and RDL’s, followed by an EMOM conditioning circuit for 16 minutes with a DB complex and biking.
Tuesday
Back to back strength days to start the week but we’ll work on Farmer’s Press today with bent over rows. Conditioning is short AMRAPs with landmine clean and press, running, and lunges.
Wednesday
Stamina this week has slideboards, running and rowing with some isometric and rotation work mixed in.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training has Hang Clean + Push Press and Rowing followed for part 1 and Back Squat and Bike Sprints in part 2. Part 3 will be some accessory for the lower body.
Friday
Final session this week is DB bench press with iso hold and pull ups, followed by conditioning with KB carries and Echo bikes.
