This Week At Altitude

Monday

We begin this week with back squats working towards sets of 3 and pairing this will pull-ups in order to maintain some practice with those. Our conditioning includes running and Curtis P’s; a dumbbell complex.

Tuesday

Interval weight training today has Bench press with rowing and DB snatch and bikes. Accessory work for the core/back to finish up.

Wednesday

Stamina as usual to break up the week’s lifting. Hitting some zone 2 heart rate work along with isometrics and unilateral movement to keep things interesting.

Thursday

Strength today is overhead press sets, again working towards the heavier sets of 3. We’ll pair this with a tricep exercise and move into conditioning that includes some battle rope work and weighted lunges.

Friday

A little work with the landmines for single leg strength and then a conditioning AMRAP with some rowing and med ball work.
