This Week At Altitude
Monday
Intervals start this final week of the conditioning emphasis cycle. We have DB hang power cleans and echo bike first, followed by jump squats and bike erg. Finishing up with some upper body accessory work.
Tuesday
Strength today is upper body push and pull movements. We have overhead press and t-bar rows, then into a conditioning segment with rowing, landmine rotations, and mixed rack carries.
Wednesday
Stamina today is aerobic work mixed with isometrics and unilateral movements.
Thursday
Interval weight training round 2 has DB snatch and shuttle sprints, followed up by push press and rowing. Part 3 is lower body accessory/banded work for the hips.
Friday
Final day of strength for this cycle has the Squat + DB Romanian Deadlift pairing, followed by a step up, sled drag, and echo bike conditioning circuit.
