Monday (limited class schedule)
Strength today is incline bench press and a conditioning circuit of KB swings, weighted lunges and bodyweight movement.
Tuesday

Wednesday
Interval weight training to mix things up on a short week. Push press + row in the first portion, hang clean and bike in part 2, and some accessory work for the upper back and core.
Thursday
Box Squats for strength, building on last week. Then into a 16 minute momentum building conditioning circuit.
Friday
Split Squat to end the week, then a 20 minute EMOM burner with some rotation and heavy carries thrown in.
