Monday

Closed for Labor Day.

Tuesday

Interval Weight Training to start us off with Hang Power Clean + Row, into DB Jump Squats and Bike sprints. Part 3 is our lower body accessory work.

Wednesday

Stamina will break up the week with aerobic work on ergs paired with isometrics and rotaion.

Thursday

IWT number 2 this week starts with push press and row, into deadlifts and sprints. Part 3 is our upper body accessory work.

Friday

Strength today includes Pull ups and Single leg landmine RDLs, into a conditioning workout with step ups, sleds, dips, and squats.
