Week 2 Strength Balance Cycle
Monday
We’re starting with upper body strength this week. Farmers press and t-bar row for push/pull first, then into a series of 3 minute EMOMs with row, lunge, dumbbell cleans.
Tuesday
Interval weight training today, pairing DB jump squats and sprinting, and then deadlifts and biking next. Last segment is core accessory work.
Wednesday
Longer stamina session today with running, bike erg and slideboards.
Thursday
Strength toady is Bulgarian Split Squats and RDL, same as last weeks session here. Conditioning includes push ups, KB swings, and knees to elbows.
Friday
Last strength session for the week is DB bench press with iso hold and single arm DB rows. Conditioning has us using sleds and KB’s for a bit of a grinder to end the week.
