This Week at Altitude
Monday
We’re going with RDL’s and split squats for strength to begin the week, followed up by a conditioning segment that has running, devil’s presses, and russian twists.
Tuesday
IWT part 1 is hang power cleans and bike, followed by alternating KB thrusters and echo bike.
Wednesday
Stamina today will work slideboards, running, and biking into a lot of core and strength balance work.
Thursday
Strength session 2 this week has bench press and rows, followed by a wall ball and push up ladder.
Friday
Our last session of the week is another IWT, with deadlifts and sprints, followed by jumping ball slams and bike erg. Part 3 is lower body accessory work.
