This Week At Altitude
Monday
Week 2 begins with Pull-ups and Landmine Presses for an upper body push/pull strength superset. We’ll hit an EMOM conditioning workout with Devils Press, lunges, Rowing and DB chops.
Tuesday
Single Leg RDL and Sled push for a lower body superset for strength, followed by a 12 minute block of biking, farmers carry, and push ups.
Wednesday
Stamina today has slideboards, bikes, and rowers in our usual 36 minute format.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training today has back squats and echo bike sprints followed by push press and shuttle sprints.
Friday
We hit the last strength day of incline bench with some lateral sled drags today. Conditioning is shorter AMRAPs of jump rope, KB deadlifts, and rotational movement.
