This Week At Altitude
Monday
Posterior/Pulling strength emphasis today, moving to a split of 2 x 8 min circuits to fill out the conditioning segment.
Tuesday
Pushing movements today for strength, followed by a 15 min grind with landmine and sled work.
Wednesday
Stamina gives us a good break from lifting and focuses on isometrics and rotation mixed into an aerobic focused session.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training - some power based movements with KB swings and MB throws paired with some sprints. Part 3 is accessory and mobility work.
Friday
Strength today is thrusters for a total body movement. We’ll have a DB complex next for some conditioning work afterwards.
