This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’ve got strength to start the week with back squats and glute bridges, followed by a pair of short AMRAPs with an ascending rep scheme. Simple but challenging today.
Tuesday
IWT number one this week is Push Press + Echo Bike, into Power clean and run. Accessory work will be back and shoulders.
Wednesday
Our weekly stamina session serves as a good break from the other formats with an aerobic focus and some lighter core and rotational movement.
Thursday
Strength day 2 is bench press and t-bar rows, followed by a longer EMOM with some carries, KB work and bodyweight movements.
Friday
IWt to end the week is thrusters and rowing followed up with deadlifts and shuttle sprints. Lower body accessory work to wrap up.
