This Week At Altitude

Monday

Kicking off the week with heavy pause front squats for strength and then into conditioning with run, walking lunges, gorilla rows.

Tuesday

Interval Weight Training today has hang power clean and row followed by med ball throws and echo bikes. Part 3 is core and accessory work.

Wednesday

Stamina for our midweek hit of longer steadier work. Running, Rowing, Biking and some isometrics mixed in.

Thursday

Strength is seated strict press and landmine rows, going into conditioning with a momentum building format for 16 min.

Friday

We’ve got paused pull-ups and mixed rack split squats to wrap up week 3 of this strength cycle. Conditioning is row/deadlift/box jump and max reps of push ups.
