This Week At Altitude

Monday

Continuing into week 2 of our current plan has us starting today with mixed rack split squats and pull-ups with chin over bar pauses. The conditioning splits into 2 shorter AMRAPs with some sled rope pulls and other core exercises.

Tuesday

Interval weight training has ball slams and running, then push press and rowing in part 2. Part 3 is a combo of isometric and rotational strength.

Wednesday

Stamina today breaks up the week of lifting with some more aerobic work and lighter movements mixed in.

Thursday

Strength training has pause front squats and then into a longer EMOM formatted conditioning segment with rows, planks, and carries.

Friday

Our final workout this week is seated overhead presses and upright rows, followed by a DB Complex for conditoining.
