This Week At Altitude
Begin Density Strength Cycle
MONDAY
We kick off our new cycle with alternating strength sets of goblet squats and barbell rows. Conditioning goes into two x 8 minute segments with pull ups, lunges, wall balls and rowing.
TUESDAY
Interval weight training is hang power clean + bike erg first, then into KB Swings and shuttle sprints. Part 3 is a mix of accessory work for the core and upper back.
WEDNESDAY
Stamina today is our usual mix of cyclical aerobic work with some isometrics mixed in.
THURSDAY
We have our second day of the density style strength this week, using deadlifts and bench press on this one. Conditioning is farmer carries, push ups, rowing for 15 minutes.
FRIDAY
Last day this week is spit squats and sled pushes for strength, followed by some landmine work and running for conditoining.
