This Week At Altitude
Monday
We star the 4th week of our cycle off with deadlift and box jumps, into a conditioning series of run, core work, and DB cleans.
Tuesday
Intervals today has barbell lunges and bike sprints for part 1, then DB bench press and rowing for part 2. Our accessory work focuses on the upper back and shoulders.
Wednesday
Stamina today has slidebords, bikes, and running, mixed with some rotational and isometric exercises for a change of pace to break up the week.
Thursday
We will hit the push pull combo for upper body strength today, followed by an EMOM conditioning effort with landmines, carries, echo bikes and ab rollouts.
Friday
The final day this week is front squats. Our conditioning work is has KB swings and bodyweight work.
