Final Week of Metabolic Strength Cycle (Clusters)
Monday
We have our last round of front squats today, going to 2.1.1 cluster sets. After 3 weeks of this format we should be ready to go heavy and test these a little bit. The conditioning is a short work set of gorilla row, burpee, rowing put on repeat.
Tuesday
Dual DB snatch + Run followed by Weighted Lunges and Bike for our IWT session this week. Accessory lower body work to wrap up the day.
Wednesday
Standard stamina format for us with running, biking, and rowing making up the aerobic work, and mixing in rotation and isometric movements.
Thursday
We have cleans today, going for 1.1.1 on heavy hang power cleans. Last chance to go big on these during this cycle. Conditioning is deadlifts, jump rope, and bodyweight movements.
Friday
Final day for this cycle is push press clusters - 2.1.1 on these. The conditioning work is a long, grinder with sleds and carries worked in.
Saturday
Team workout! Grab a partner and get to the gym for our 930am session. These are full body workouts that you split up and work as a team to complete.
