This Week At Altitude
Monday
Interval Weight Training to kick the week off. We’ll have Bench Press with rowing first, followed up by Dual KB Front Squat and Bike erg. Part 3 will be upper body accessory work.
Tuesday
Strength today will be Push press and strict pull-ups for a push/pull superset. We’ll hit a conditioning segment with lunges, swings, and sled drags.
Wednesday
Stamina will include slideboards, rowers, and running today for the bulk of the aerobic work. We’ll stick with the theme of isometrics, rotation and unilateral exercises to keep a an active recovery feel here.
Thursday
Interval Weight Training number two this week is Deadlifts and Running followed by Dual DB Hang Snatch and Echo Bike. Part 3 is focused on the low back and hips.
Friday
Final strength day here before we move to our next cycle. This will be Back Rack Lunges and hamstring curls for a lower body split. We’ll go into a conditioning segment that uses box jumps, gorilla rows, carries and rowing for a Friday grind.
