This Week At Altitude
Monday
Starting off a new strength phase with seated overhead press + skull crushers, followed by a conditioning segment split into 2 chunks, with row/farmer carry in one, and landmine rotations and echo bikes in the other.
Tuesday
Strength again with mixed rack split squats and paused pull ups for some challenging variations of these movements. A good mix of full body work in the conditioning EMOM for 16 minutes.
Wednesday
Stamina has a blend of aerobic work with lighter movements mixed for 36 minutes.
Thursday
IWT today is deadlift + sprints, then bench press and row. Part 3 is accessory core work.
Friday
Paused front squats today for strength, followed up with run, rotational MB slams, and box jumps for a little more dynamic movement to finish the week.
