This Week At Altitude

Monday

We start the final week of this cycle with IWT - KB swing with echo bike, then bench press and rowers for our intervals. The final segment is upper body accessory work.

Tuesday

Strength today is barbell lunges and pull-ups, followed up with a conditioning segment with running and a DB complex.

Wednesday

Standard Wednesday stamina format here with slideboards, running, bike ergs and a good mix of core work.

Thursday

IWT round two is hang power clean with echo bike, then KB thrusters and rowing. Accessory work for the lower body to wrap up.

Friday

Strength today is landmine RDL and landmine press for some single arm/leg work. We have a KB lunge, carry, and run finisher for conditioning.
