This Week at Altitude
Monday
Strength up first, with push press sets of 3 and DB bent over row. Conditioning is a 16 min EMOM with echo bike, farmers carries, and ab rollouts.
Tuesday
We have front squats + RDLs for a lower body superset first, then into a series of short AMRAPs with running, DB Power cleans and burpees over DBs.
Wednesday
Stamina today for our midweek session with a standard format of various ergs, isometrics and core work.
Thursday
IWT today has Deadlifts + bike sprints, followed by DB Thruster + Row. Part 3 is accessory work to wrap up the day.
Friday
Last day has some single leg work and pull ups for strength, followed by landmine rotations, overhead carries and sled pulls.
