This Week At Altitude
Monday
This is our last week of the current cycle. Starting off with the press and pull-up combo for strength, and then into a run, DB deadlift, and carry combo for conditioning.
Tuesday
We go into the front squat and hamstring curl for an anterior/posterior superset for the legs. Conditioning goes into 2 short AMRAP’s; one with bike erg and sleds, and the other with some unilateral DB full body work.
Wednesday
Stamina to break up the week with a core and aerobic focus. Slideboards, running, and biking make up the bulk of the work.
Thursday
We have IWT today with a BB complex and rowing first, then a jump squat bike erg second. Part 3’s accessory work is for the hips and low back.
Friday
Last workout for this cycle is the deadlift + box jump complex training. We have a 20 minute grind conditioning segment to follow.
