Final Week Of Density Strength Cycle
Monday
Strength today is our Barbell Lunge + Pull up EMOM combo for 12 minutes. We’ll go directly into a pair of 8 min AMRAPs for conditioning.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training today is Dual DB Snatch + Bike Erg, followed by KB Sumo Deadlift and Sled Push in part 2. Our last segment of accessory work is for the hips and lower back.
Wednesday
Stamina in the middle of the week does a great job of breaking up the lifting and more intense work with lots of core and isometrics worked in.
Thursday
Strength today is hang clean and push press followed by a conditioning workout with a momentum building effect for 20 minutes.
Friday
Last workout this cycle is front squat + gorilla row in strength, right into 4 rounds of 4 minutes of work of a DB complex with a little bodybuilding spin.
