This Week At Altitude
Monday
We have bench press and strict pull-ups for strength today, followed by conditioning with renegade rows, rowing, single arm push press and farmers carries.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training today has KB swings and bike erg first, followed by barbell lunges and echo bike second. Third segment is accessory hip work.
Wednesday
Stamina today is aerobic work with plenty of isometrics to mix things up but keep our heart rate steady for about 35 minutes.
Thursday
Hinging and squatting for strength today, followed by a conditioning segment with sleds, bikes, cossack squats, and carries.
Friday
IWT is hang power clean + bike erg first, followed by push press and rowing. Part 3 is shoulder accessory work with some banded movements.
