This Week At Altitude
Limited class schedule from March 11th - 15th
Monday
Strength today is strict pull-ups and single leg RDL’s for an upper / lower split. We’l’ have an EMOM format for conditioning with DB snatch, Bike, and Body saw plank.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training today is DB jump squats and echo bikes, then into Push Press and Rowing. Accessory work at the end is focused on the upper back/thoracic area.
Wednesday
Stamina breaks up our week with some good lower intensity aerobic work mixed with core and isometric exercises.
Thursday
Sled push and incline bench for a grinder of a strength session, followed by some shorter intervals of rowing and KB swings.
Friday
Final workout this week has Lateral sled drags and landmine presses for strength, and then into a shuttle sprint, farmer carry, and rotational core conditioning sesh.
