This Week At Altitude
Monday
We kick off with total body strength, using thrusters and t-bar rows first, followed by a full body EMOM format for condtioning.
Tuesday
IWT today has power cleans with echo bike, and bench press with rowing, followed by a core focused accessory segment
Wednesday
Stamina today for aerobic work and isometric strength
Thrusday
Pulling strength - we’ll stick with deadlifts and pull ups for a good posterior chain circuit, followed by some rowing and DB snatches during our conditioning.
Friday
Finishing up this week with overhead presses and a conditioning segment with push ups, KB swings, and plank variations.
