This Week At Altitude

Monday

Interval Weight Training to kick off this week with back squats and bike sprints first, followed up by Bench Press and Rowing. Part 3 will be upper body accessory work.

Tuesday

Strength during this cycle is mostly unilateral work - today we have Landmine single leg RDL and incline DB rows, followed by a 20 min EMOM session for conditioning.

Wednesday

Stamina during this cycle will still fall on Wednesdays and focus on rotation and isometrics with our aerobic efforts.

Thursday

Strength today is Bulgarian split squat and single arm DB press, into a set of short 2 minute work sets for conditioning with jump rope, lunges, and DB burpees.

Friday

Deadlift and run up first, followed by DB hang snatch and bike in our second IWT of the week. Part 3 is lower body hip/back accessory.
