This Week At Altitude
Monday
We are hitting incline bench press and single leg RDL’s for our strength work today, then into some running, lunges, body rows and push ups for conditioning.
Tuesday
Strength today is pull-ups and heavy sled pushes, again hitting some upper and lower body supersets. Conditioning work is alternating step up jumps, rowing, and bear position core work.
Wednesday
Stamina today! We’ll slideboard, bike, and run with a format that includes some isometric and core exercises mixed in to our moderate intensity cardiovascular work.
Thursday
Its IWT today, with deadlifts and rowing up first, followed by hang power cleans and bikes. Part 3’s accessory work is for the upper back - a mix of mobility and strengthening exercises.
Friday
Strength today to wrap up the week and finish off this cycle is lateral sled drags and landmine presses. We have a grind of a conditioning workout with some biking, mixed rack carries, landmine front squats, and ring planks.
