This Week At Altitude
Monday
We’re starting off this week with back squats + bent rows, then right into a conditioning workout that includes rowing and DB work.
Tuesday
Continuing with Strict Presses and tricep extensions, then our conditioning is some shorter descending hits of row, kb swing, push up and box jump.
Wednesday
Stamina as usual breaks up our week with an aerobic effort and some isometrics mixed in for strength balance.
Thursday
Intervals today is push press and echo bikes, followed by barbell reverse lunges with running.
Friday
Final workout for the week is pull-ups and RDL’s for strength, followed by conditioning work that incorporates sleds and some rotational movement.
