This Week At Altitude

Monday

We begin week 3 of this phase with push presses and dumbbell rows for strength, then into conditioning with a 16 min EMOM of swings, rowing, lunges, jump rope.

Tuesday

Strength today is front squats with RDL’s - a great lower body superset. Then our conditioning work with running, DB ground to overhead, box jumps.

Wednesday

stamina today is more of our isometric work mixed into an aerobic based session.

Thursday

Final strength day this week is Bulgarian split squats and bench press, followed by a fun conditioning split of KB deadlift, pull up and farmer carries.

Friday

IWT to end the week, with a hang power clean + echo bike pairing, then a KB Swing and sprint combo. Accessory work at the end is core and upper back focused.
