This Week At Altitude
Monday
Front squats and DB Z-press for strength superset, then into a bike erg, weighted lunge, and aussie row circuit / EMOM for our conditioning.
Tuesday
Interval Weight Training today has Dual DB Snatch and shuttle sprints, followed by bench press and rowing for a well rounded day of training, wrapping up with tricep and low back accessory work.
Wednesday
Stamina today has slideboards, biking and rowing with isometrics and some rotational work mixed in. A good midweek reset.
Thursday
Strength today is Push Press and DB RDL for a push/hinge superset. Our conditioning includes two short AMRAP’s of some KB, sleds, and bodyweight movements.
Friday
Landmine split squats and Pull ups for strength, then right into some rotational clean+press and rowing for conditioning.
