This Week At Altitude

Monday

Strength to kick off week 3 of this training block is heavy sled pushes and landmine press. Then into a DB complex and some rowing intervals for conditioning.

Tuesday

Strength again today has pull-ups and lateral sled drags, followed by a conditioning block of gorilla rows, mixed carries, and bikes.

Wednesday

Our standard stamina format today with a focus on isometrics and core work mixed into the aerobic work.

Thursday

Final strength day for the week is single leg RDL’s and incline bench press. We move to conditioning with step ups, med ball throws, and rowing.

Friday

Interval Weight Training to wrap up the week with hang power cleans and bike erg sprints, followed by DB thrusters and rowing.
